All CBCL members are encouraged to attend Council of Civic Organizations (CCO) Meetings, however, only the President of the Civic League and the CCO Representative are eligible to vote. The CCO meets on the 2^nd Wednesday of every month at 7pm in the Central Library Auditorium.
